WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship worldwide. If you can complete checkout with your address, we deliver to you.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Estimated delivery is 7 to 25 business days after payment confirmation, depending on your country. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After dispatch, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can follow your order status directly through that link.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN THE PRODUCT?

As an international dropshipping store, we don't accept exchanges for change of mind or wrong size selection.Guaranteed exceptions: manufacturing defect, wrong item sent, or item never arrived. In these cases, contact us within 7 days at lucio.contat@lucconcept.com with a photo or video of the issue.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All prices are in British Pounds (GBP £). Payments are processed securely and your data is never stored on our servers.

MY PAYMENT WAS DECLINED. WHAT DO I DO?

DOES THE PRODUCT LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

Yes. We work only with verified suppliers and our photos accurately represent what you'll receive. If there's any discrepancy, contact us and we'll make it right.

IS MY PAYMENT INFORMATION SAFE?

Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and all payments are processed through certified platforms like Stripe and PayPal. We never store any financial data on our servers.
